By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the Application is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the Application remain with the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or introduce paid features later. Any charges will be clearly communicated. The current Play Store release is free, without ads and without in-app purchases.
The Application stores and processes personal and business data you provide in order to deliver the service. Use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing your device and account credentials.

Many features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for lack of connectivity, exhausted data allowances, roaming charges, or an uncharged / unsupported device. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm you have permission to use the Application.
You agree not to misuse the Application, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access to other companies’ data, or interfere with service integrity. Company administrators are responsible for managing their employees’ access and content within their organization.
The Application may be updated over time. You agree to install updates when offered to continue using the service. The Service Provider may discontinue the Application or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms end and you should delete the Application from your device.
The Application is provided “AS IS.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of (or inability to use) the Application, including reliance on third-party map/data providers.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
