Privacy Policy

Applies to the Construct 360 mobile and web application (“Application”) provided by Faizan Ahmad (“Service Provider”).

This Privacy Policy describes how Construct 360 collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Application. The Application is offered as a free service and is intended for business / construction operations use “AS IS”.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Construct 360, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account and profile information

• Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo you provide
• Authentication identifiers from email/password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Facebook Login
• Company membership, roles, and employee profile details you or your company administrators enter

Business and project content you create

• Company, customer, project, task, offer, invoice, stock, tools, vehicles, expenses, checklists, and related operational data
• Chat messages, comments, and other user-generated content within your companies
• Files, photos, videos, audio notes, PDFs, and documents you upload

Location information

Construct 360 collects precise and/or approximate location when you use location features (for example, setting or confirming a project/site address, geolocation helpers, or distance-related features). Location is requested through the device permission dialog and is used only to provide those features. The Application does not continuously track your location in the background for advertising.

Device sensors and media

• Camera — photos, barcode/QR scanning, and document/site capture
• Microphone — voice notes and video recording audio
• Biometrics — optional app lock using the device biometric API; biometric templates stay on-device and are not uploaded to our servers
• Photos / media library — when you choose existing media to upload

Push notifications and device identifiers

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens used to deliver notifications about chat, tasks, assignments, reminders, and similar events
• Basic device / app diagnostics such as OS version, app version, language, and crash/performance data

Automatically collected technical data

• IP address, approximate network information, and usage analytics (screens visited, session timing)
• Crash logs and non-fatal errors via Firebase Crashlytics (when enabled on mobile)

2. How we use information

• Provide authentication, company collaboration, project management, messaging, and related product features
• Store and sync your business content across devices
• Send transactional push notifications you enable
• Improve reliability, security, and performance (including crash analysis)
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. The Application does not show third-party ads and does not offer in-app purchases in the current release.

3. Firebase and other processors

Construct 360 relies on Google Firebase and related Google services to operate. Data you enter may be processed and stored by these providers on our behalf:

• Firebase Authentication — account sign-in
• Cloud Firestore — application database
• Firebase Storage — uploaded media and files
• Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications
• Firebase Analytics — aggregated product analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting
• Cloud Functions — server-side business logic
• Google Maps Platform (Places / Geocoding / Distance) — address lookup and related geo features when you use them
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In / Facebook Login — optional authentication providers

4. Sharing

We may share information:

• With members of companies/projects you join, according to roles and permissions inside the Application
• With infrastructure and authentication providers listed above, as needed to run the service
• When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or investigate abuse/fraud

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and business data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, or legal requirements. You can:

• Delete your account and associated data
• Request deletion of some or all data without deleting your account

You may also email faizanahmad.imsc@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Uninstalling the Application stops local collection on that device but does not by itself delete server-side account data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) to Firebase services, access controls, and authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices

• You can deny or revoke camera, microphone, location, notification, and biometric permissions in device settings (some features will not work without them)
• You can stop using the Application by uninstalling it
• You can request account/data deletion via the contact email below

9. International processing

Your information may be processed in data centers used by Google Firebase and related providers, which may be outside your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated policy.
