Request deletion of Construct 360 data (keep your account)

You can ask us to delete some or all of your personal data without deleting your Construct 360 account. You do not need to sign in to this website to make the request.

How to request data deletion

Email faizanahmad.imsc@gmail.com from the address on your Construct 360 account.
Use the subject: Construct 360 data deletion.
Tell us what to delete. Examples:
- Profile photo, phone number, or other profile fields
- Specific files, photos, videos, or voice notes you uploaded
- Chat messages you sent
- Location saved on a project or address you added
- All personal data we hold, while keeping the account so you can keep using the app

We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days. We may ask a short follow-up question if the request is unclear or we cannot match the account.

What we can delete while you keep the account

Optional profile details (phone, photo)
Media and files you uploaded that are not required for other company members
Device / push tokens for a device you no longer use
Other personal data stored only for you

What we may not be able to delete

Data other company members still need. Shared invoices, offers, project files, and team chat may remain for remaining members. Ask your company admin, or tell us if you are the only remaining owner.
Data we must keep by law (for example tax, dispute, or abuse investigation), only for as long as required.
Minimum account fields needed to keep the account working (typically name, email, and sign-in identifier). To remove those as well, use account deletion.

Retention after a data-deletion request

Deleted items are removed from live systems when the request is completed. Encrypted backups may keep a copy for up to 90 days, then they expire.

Uninstalling the app does not delete server-side data. Use the email steps on this page (or delete your account) for that.
