Delete your Construct 360 account

This page explains how to delete your Construct 360 account and what happens to your data. You can complete this request without signing in to this website.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the Construct 360 app and sign in.
Open Settings (or your profile).
Tap Delete account & data.
Read the warning, then confirm Yes, delete my account and all data.

If the app asks you to sign in again first, that is required by Google/Firebase for security. Sign in again, then repeat the steps above.

How to request account deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app option, email faizanahmad.imsc@gmail.com from the address on your Construct 360 account.

Include:

The subject line: Construct 360 account deletion
The name and email on the account
That you want the account and associated personal data deleted

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask a short follow-up question if we cannot match the account.

What is deleted

When account deletion is completed, we delete:

Your sign-in account (email/password or Google / Apple / Facebook sign-in)
Your personal profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
Your device / push notification tokens
Personal data stored only for your user

What may be retained, and for how long

Company and project records other people still use. Invoices, offers, chat, files, and project history shared with a company may stay available to remaining members so their work is not destroyed. If you are the only remaining owner, say so in your email and we will delete that company data too.
Backups. Encrypted backups may keep a copy for up to 90 days, then they expire.
Legal holds. We may keep a limited record if the law requires it (for example tax, dispute, or abuse investigation). We keep only what is required and only for as long as required.
Crash and analytics logs that are already aggregated and cannot identify you may remain.

Uninstalling Construct 360 from your phone stops local use on that device. It does not delete your account or server data. Use the steps on this page for that.
